QUESTION: Why don't you just preach Jesus and forget about Sister White? Isn't criticizing other Christians the work of Satan??

FIRST ANSWER: [Brother Anderson] Sharing the gospel message is only part of the Christian's responsibility. God commanded us to "test the prophets"(1 John 4:1). If we fail to test the prophets, then we are disobeying God's word.

Consider the shepherd of the flock. He not only led his sheep to green pasture, but he also used his staff to protect his flock from the lion, bear, and thief. Part of the responsibility of Christian leadership is to not only present the gospel to people, but also to protect them false teachings and false prophets.

In the Bible you will find many times where the methods of false prophets are revealed and condemned. Obviously, the authors of the Bible did much more than simply share the gospel. They also fought a battle against false teachers and false prophets.

  • John fought against false prophets who denied Jesus came in the flesh
  • Paul fought hard against the circumcision group
  • Jeremiah faced down the false prophets of Israel who prophesied "peace and safety"
  • Elijah oversaw the beheading of the false prophets of Jezebel
  • Jesus rebuked the Pharisees and other false teachers
Falsehood must be stopped by exposing the errors in it. Even the SDA Church vehemently attacks the teachings of the Catholic Church, which they deem to be false.

Jesus warned us that many false prophets would arise in the last days (Matt. 24:11) and Christians are to beware of "false prophets" (Matt. 24:24). The only way for us to beware of false prophets is for us to be aware of what those prophets wrote and said. The SDA church presents Mrs. White to the world in such a way as to make her appear as if she was a prophet. The purpose of this web site is to present the full evidence, including evidence suppressed for many years, so that you can make an educated decision regarding her prophet claims.

SECOND ANSWER:[Dale Ratzlaff] Not only does the Bible warn against false prophets, but Paul makes even stronger statements against "Christians" who are promoting a false gospel. The church in Galatia had teachers who were promoting the rituals of old covenant law, including the Sabbath, as part of the gospel. Paul's letter to this church says that those who promote law keeping as part of the gospel are under a curse. In the new covenant we are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone as taught in the Bible only. I invite readers of this site to read the book of Galatians though in one sitting every day for 30 days. It will change your life.
