Over the past couple years, a number of courageous SDA pastors in Uganda have followed their consciences and taken their stand upon the Bible and the Bible alone. These pastors have left the SDA church along with many in their congregations.

The Adventists in Uganda have made up all kinds of lies about the pastors who have left. On the radio they are giving warnings that the people who go to their meetings, “go at their own risk”. They have sent Adventist pastors to the meeting places and they have “chased away” any SDAs that wanted to attend. They are calling these pastors a “cult”. They are telling the Adventists that the missionary coming from the US (former SDA pastor Greg Taylor) is coming under the “papal banner”. We should not be surprised at this for this is the tactic that Adventists have used throughout their history to discredit those who leave. It is an undeniable fact that many religious cults ridicule, threaten, persecute and even kill those who dare to leave their cult. The SDAs are revealing their true colors and God will somehow use this to His glory.
